Feds charge Japanese Yakuza leader with nuclear materials trafficking
The DOJ alleges that a high-ranking Yakuza member, Takeshi Ebisawa, was the central figure in a plot to funnel American weapons to ethnic militias in Myanmar in exchange for heroin and meth.
